All delivery cost 39 SEK with-in Sweden

 

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products comes from Earth Positive®  and CONTINENTAL® garments which are all made with 100% organic cotton, are Fair Wear & Carbon Neutral accredited and manufactured in Tiruppur India. More info at: https://vimeo.com/208858402

The prints are printed in Stockholm by a company called: Tidy Merch. They print OnDmand, which means we don´t have to have much products in storage. This is also why the prices are a bit above the big labels (as H&M, Zara and so on). 

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE I SHOOULD CHOOSE?

We have a size chart. You find it in the top bar menu. 

 

DO YOU HAVE SIZES BIGGER THAN L (CROPED) AND XL (BASIC)?

We are a start-up and we are still working very hard to find suppliers that offers XL and XXL. We hoping to be able to offer that very soon.

 

DO YOU HAVE SIZES SMALLER THAN S IN CROPED?

We are a start-up and we are still working very hard to find suppliers that offers XL and XXL. We hoping to be able to offer that very soon.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLD WIDE?

At the moment no. We are a start-up and are trying out the Swedish market at first. We are aiming to ship world wide in a near future.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

You should receive your Femme de la Femme order with in 3-7 business days. Orders are delivered to your delivery depot and you will be notified by text or e-mail when your package is ready for pickup. A valid ID needs to be presented when collecting your package. Exceptions During public holidays, new collections and sale period, the delivery times may be longer than usual.

 

I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE FROM FEMME DE LA FEMME. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us at support@femmedelafemme.se if you haven´t received your package with-in 2 weeks after placing your order.

 

I MADE THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We are not able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been made, so make sure that everything is correct before you check out. The same applies to the delivery address or payment method once your order is complete

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

You are welcome to return your order within 30 days from the delivery of your package. All products must be returned in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with original packaging fully intact. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Unfortunately, we don´t offer free return delivery. Please use the return form from your package and fill it in correctly.

 

I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

You will receive your money back with in 14 days after we have received your returned items.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

You will need to send the order back to us and we will make sure you get the correct order back. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You use the same form as for returns. Fill it in correctly and add reason for returning. Unfortunately, we don´t offer free return delivery.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON´T PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE POST OFFICE?

There is a 350 SEK fee if we receive a package that hasn´t been checked out from the post office.
